About Our Client:

Join a well established HR team, at an exciting time.

The company has acquired a new sector, HR systems are due to change and policy and procedures to be renewed and improved.

This is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor to develop.

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a high volume of ER cases across the business
  • Advice, support, and administration across full range of HR activities.
  • Advice to managers, when required, over all staff issues and employee relations.
  • Recommend improvements to systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Oversees and assist the process of adverse actions, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations and other employee matters.
  • Assists with pay and benefits reviews and implementation.
  • Managing personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Handle administration process and ensure associated payroll processes
  • Ensure all procedures and paperwork are correct, in relation to business processes.
  • Direct managers and employees in accurately interpreting applicable policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of policies.
  • Manage leavers and exit processes
  • Project work on policy and procedure

The Successful Applicant:


  • If you have CIPD 5 + (desirable)
  • Over 2 years experience with ER Cases
  • High communications skills
  • Look over policy and procedure and help improve the processes
  • Ability to deal with a high volume desk
  • Able to work in the office 5 days a week
