Project Manager (Sustainability)

Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in West London with the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead on Sustainability initiatives

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 2 years
• Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Location: West London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Effectively manage the timely delivery of new construction projects and assist the delivery of the annual programme
• Prepare project briefs and provide detail on all backlog maintenance items included in minor/ major works schemes and remedial works
• Hold accountability for budget management, decision making, forecasting and reporting
• Ensure corrective action is taken efficiently when issues arise
• Manage consultants and contractors

The successful candidate will have:

• Educated to Degree level in Building Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Architecture related field with relevant experience
• Previous experience managing estates projects
