About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Staff Recruitment Assistant or Administrator to join the Staff Recruitment team within Staff Recruitment, Payroll & Pension Services (SRPPS)

About You

As Staff Recruitment Assistant or Administrator, you will:

Have experience of delivering efficient and effective customer service
Have high attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
Be organised and able to prioritise own workload
Proven team working skills
Good IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel with the ability to learn, embrace and use digital technology and database systems
Be able to use initiative, carry out research and contribute ideas to improve processes and adapt to changing legislative requirements
Be a resilient, flexible problem solver; able to remain calm under pressure whilst recognising and adapting readily to changing priorities
