Position Summary:
As an MFL Teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping young minds and fostering a love for modern foreign languages. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who can create an engaging and supportive learning environment, making the intricacies of language accessible to students with diverse abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspiring Instruction: Deliver vibrant and dynamic MFL lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, igniting a passion for the subject.
Curriculum Development: Contribute to the enhancement of the MFL curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest educational standards and best practices.
Student Support: Provide personalized support to students, identifying and addressing individual learning needs to ensure each student reaches their full linguistic potential.
Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, offering timely and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to the overall development of the school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
