We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and team management. Responsibilities:

• Create and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Oversee all food preparation activities, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Experience:

'Minimum Two AA rosettes experience'

The chef must show greater technical skill, more consistency and judgement in combining and balancing ingredients, and have a clear ambition to achieve high standards.

• Proven experience working in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create innovative and delicious dishes
• Previous experience in supervising and managing a team of kitchen staff
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
