Lettings Negotiator - Totnes, Devon - Basic Salary 20k-22k - Independent Agency - OTE 30k

An excellent opportunity for an existing Lettings Negotiator or property professional to join this vibrant and well established independent South Devon estate agency.

As Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for a large residential portfolio; As the Lettings Negotiator you will bring your dedication and hard-working approach to ensure the department operates effectively.

Previous experience of residential lettings or similar is required to be considered for this role.


Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator include:
Conduct viewings of properties
Prepare marketing material for properties
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations Skills & Experience required for this Lettings Negotiator role:

Proven experience within lettings or property management
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle Benefits of being a Lettings Negotiator include:

Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
