Position Job IT Service Desk Agent


Location Remote First - principally home based but expected to attend our Templeton Hub in Glasgow regularly throughout the week. (Driving licence required )


Salary £27,500 + excellent benefits


Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)


Status Fixed Term to October 2025


Closing date Tuesday 23rd April 2024


The Wise Group's ICT Team have an exciting opportunity for a IT service desk agent to support the team and our colleagues in an interesting and varied role in ICT support.


You will be involved in a wide range of support activities within the IT team including, training to develop 1st Line IT support skills, exposure to Microsoft technologies, configuration of laptops/phones and logging of tickets on the IT Helpdesk.

You will be an enthusiastic and skilled individual, with a background or interest in IT.

You will have great attention to detail, strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and be adaptable to change.

You must be approachable, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have proven problem solving and IT skills.
