- Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or higher, and a strong academic background
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client services role within a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical company
- Literacy and numeracy skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Working on an events account with on-site experience
