We are looking for Cashiers to join our team.As a Cashier you will be
responsible for handling customertransactions providing excellent
customer service andensuring that the store runs smoothly.

Tasks

KeyResponsibilities:

• Process cash andcard payments accurately andefficiently
• Provide excellent customer serviceensuring that all customers receive a positiveexperience
• Handle customer queries andcomplaints in a professional and courteousmanner
• Balance the cash register at the end ofeach shift and ensure that all transactions are accountedfor
• Reconcile daily takings and prepare bankingdocumentation
• Keep the cashier area clean andtidy at all times
• Support the store team withother tasks asrequired

Requirements

• Previousexperience in a similar role ideally within a retailenvironment
• Excellent
  communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand
  maintain relationships with customers and staff at alllevels
• A proactive and resultsdriven approachwith the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment
• Strong numerical skills with theability to accurately handle cash and cardpayments
• A keen eye for detail and the abilityto ensure that the cashier area is wellpresented at alltimes
• A flexible approach to work with theability to work weekends and evenings asrequired
