A leading business based in Cwmbran is looking to recruit for a Programme Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Type - 12 month fixed term contract
Locations - Cwmbran
Salary - Competitive (DOE)
Key responsibilities for Programme Coordinator and will not be limited to:
- Manage the liaison with multiple key stakeholders (Programme, production control, supply chain, logistics, operations, onsite support etc)
- Oversee the tactical execution of daytoday programme requirements including supply chain activities across production planning & control, program purchasing, operational procurement and sales & operations planning
- Create an inventory and monitor hardware progress for the full programme (free of charge, open order book and hospital stock)
- Raise and coordinate the free of charge (FOC) sales orders process ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of hardware
- Coordinate with partners on buyer furnished equipment (BFE) consumption and stock levels.
- Measure and analyse performance of the hardware fulfilment status in line with programme objectives and provide the required weekly/monthly data for reporting
- Maintain a safe environment for yourself and colleagues in accordance with the Company's Health & Safety policy
- Ensure a consistent approach to "standardised work", share learning experiences
- Undertake other duties and task as may be reasonably requested by your manager from time to time
- Participate in;
- Internal and external supply chain meetings
- In production programme governance meetings
- Onsite support hardware reviews
- Continuous improvement activities within the programme and or other functions
- Coordinating a multifunctional team in an operation environment
- Supply chain experience in an operational/manufacturing environment
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Displays energy and enthusiasm
- Respectful of other colleagues in carrying out duties.
- Computer literate with MS Office
- Accountable for their actions and results orientated.
