Our client, a reputable global architectural practice are seeking a talented Architect to join the team.

ArchitectPosition Overview

Assisting the Design Leader in the realisation of client briefs
Ensure that the project is managed effectively and with foresight and to maximize profit within the context of other responsibilities
Manage client, team and project coordination
Undertaking the production of the project in accordance with that brief
Provide technical support on drawings and documentation
Work closely with the design team in the review ideation and the evolution of our projects and assist in resolving complex design issues
Liaising and ability to coordinate with external consultants, including cross checking of drawings and Revit models
Conduct and document site visits
Happy to be hands on and work across the documentation stages when required
Respond to project correspondence as directed by the Project Leader but also capable of taking initiative where possible
Plan the project design / delivery

ArchitectPosition Requirements

ARB Qualified Architect
Strong Revit skills (Dynamo experience advantageous)
Strong Rhino skills (including Grasshopper) highly regarded
Knowledge of the full Adobe suite (InDesign & Photoshop essential)
Enscape skills and additional rendering software programmes e.g. Vray highly regarded
Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development
Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
Excellent documentation skills
UK standards and regulation knowledge essential
