Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic team member to join our Pulmonary Rehabilitation team.

Dorset County Hospital NHS Trust is the lead provider for Pulmonary Rehabilitation services across Dorset and we work closely with Dorset Healthcare University Trust to provide a Dorset wide service.

This is an exciting time for pulmonary rehabilitation services as we work to implement the national 5-year vision. You will be involved in assessing patients with long term lung conditions for participation in exercise classes.

You will support patients throughout their rehabilitation within the group class environment, or on a one-to-one basis within the patients home or clinic setting.

You will be carrying out therapy tasks delegated to you by the Pulmonary Rehab Team Leads and also carry your own caseload.

Previous, relevant NHS experience or exercise experience with long term conditions is required.
