They help clients grow by unearthing actionable insights and developing revenue-generating ideas.

You will take ownership of 2-3 key clients and be responsible for taking ownership of analysis and methodologies, managing delivery expectations and presenting to business partners and stakeholders.

Lead client analytics conversations, building rapport and presenting to business partners and key stakeholders
Lead multi-market research projects from end to end, including collaborating and leading analysts
Utilise a range of analytical tools and data sources to provide in-depth analysis
Draw upon a variety of data sets to produce methodical analysis
Understand client needs and gaps in the market to define new cases for data and take learnings from projects
Be responsible for training the analytics team and lead on delivery
Extensive experience working in Web Analytics (agency-side preferred)
Effective communication skills to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
