Who Are We?
We are the National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham.


The largest entertainment venue in the East Midlands with 2 Olympic sized ice pads and an arena with a crowd capacity of 10,000.

At our venue we showcase the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport. We host over 100 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors each year.


We are also home to the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Team, who play 30+ home league & cups games each season.

What do we offer?
£25,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience

Full Time (40 hours per week)

25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays)

Who Are We Looking For?

Human Resources & Payroll Administrator


Our busy HR team offers support to our contracted and casual workforce, from placing adverts to onboarding, ER support to payroll.


Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will provide professional and confidential HR advice, support, and administration across the full range of HR activity including employee relations, terms and conditions of employment and policies and procedures.


The HR & Payroll Administrator will provide support and guidance on employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, appeals, change and absence management.

Ensuring that each case is dealt with fairly, commercially, and pragmatically.

You will identify potential risks to the business, conduct through investigations, fully consider the right course of action, and identify areas for improvement.


In addition, you will be responsible for the production of our monthly payroll, using our integrated HR and Payroll system you will ensure that the payroll is accurate and produced within agreed timescales.

They will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and strong IT skills
