Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, an experienced Executive Assistant to work for a successful and growing organisation based in Carnforth

Full time/Permanent

Salary dependent on experience (£35-40K)

Executive Assistant

  • Providing the highest level of discretion on a comprehensive range of executive assistant support to the Directors.
  • Collating all reports for EMT meeting 48 hours in advance and issuing pack
  • Attendance at meetings (some out of hours required due to Global Role)
  • US & AUS
  • Detailed notes of EMT meetings/ other strategic meeting and actions
  • Ensuring run of meetings throughout the departments is happening (Pyramid meeting log?) not necessarily attending (this can be for PHP EA's)
  • Assisting in the project managing of Key Projects. Making sure progress is being made
  • EMT Key Rock Projects
  • Pipedrive
  • ERP
  • Product Development
  • Risk Management Registers
  • Killer Presentations
  • Large Projects
  • Budget process scheduling
  • Team building days
  • Others
  • Assisting in adhoc research
  • Managing Directors electronic diaries
  • Coordinating meetings with multiple diaries and time zones (globally)
  • Managing EMT communication plans making sure they happen
  • Monthly All team
  • AB visits to location/showrooms/lunches with team

  • Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations
  • Travel
  • Organising travel for the EMT Team (national & international)
  • Management Support
  • Organising of meetings / schedules for the year
  • Adhoc project support
  • Assisting with the booking of lunches and room prep for visitors
