    Role: Project Manager

    Role Type: Temporary – 6 Months

    Location: Cambridge – x1/x2 Days per week On-Site / Rest Remote

    Your New Company

    We are currently looking for a project manager, with a pharmaceutical background, coupled with some scientific knowledge or appreciation in experience, to support a specific project titled, Next Gen Submissions. High level of stakeholder management, working with business leads and other Project Managers around the dependencies of various workstreams – reporting on risk issues, escalations.

    You will work directly with Project / Programme leads, business leads and Sponsors to ensure deliverables fall within scope and budget and coordinate with other departments and / or Project Managers to ensure alignment between different initiatives.

    Your New Role

    • Typical PM responsibilities of updating & managing the project plan, actions, risks, reports.
    • Implementing NLG (Natural Language & Generation) tool with phased roll-out of automation packages through 2024 and early 2025
    • Running the implementation team meetings
    • Identifying business SMEs to support implementation.
    • Managing the NLG SteerCo, ensuring that agendas are agreed in advanced with the sponsor and WSL.
    • Managing the comms and distribution of messaging around NLG to ensure appropriate messaging is shared.
    • Identifying submission teams that can use the tool, meeting with them to ensure questions are answered and any processes are completed e.g. HGR process.
    • Update the process maps with the use of NLG.
    • Follow up after process and tool launch to ensure the roll out has been successful - including but not limited to organising the drop-in sessions, supporting the change and training teams.
    • Work closely in a partnership with Yseop, the supplier, including contract discussions and escalations when required.
    • Working with the benefits team to validate the benefits.
    • Ad-hoc activities to support

    Essential Skills

    • Knowledge of the submission process particularly how data transitions between Biometrics and CReW
    • Experience of Project Managing a technology implementation
    • Experience working in Pharma or healthcare.
    • The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Experience with Smart Sheets and Microsoft Teams.
    • Experience working in fast-paced global environment.
    • Proven skills and experience managing and controlling project budgets.
    • Strong communication, relationship, and consulting skills to work with key business stakeholders.
    • Knowledge & Experience with internal and external suppliers and solutions.
    • Experience with project management delivery standard and methodologies including realizing business benefits.
    • Preferable - Budget management, change management, capacity management experience or appreciation.
