Poolhall Recruitment are looking for a Head of creative media on behalf of a well-known digital marketing agency in the centre of brighton.

Head of creative media is a practical and conceptual role, creating your own team culture and working closely with the senior management team.


Responsibility's:


  • Create and deliver strategy's that hit weekly and monthly targets set in the SMT meetings.
  • Deliver inspiring and exciting pitches to clients showing them the full scale of the project and making them understand what goes into achieving that goal.
  • Manage pricing strategies to reduce scope increase and minimise clients cost.
  • You will be incharge of quality insurance and make sure best practice is used at all times.
  • Have a clear plan set out for all time sensitive projects and that your team fully understands what time scale they have to complete their part.
  • Create you own team culture and embody creativity and passion for what the do.
  • Make sure you keep in line with the people management policy and ensure that all the required processes are followed.
  • Create annual creative and content budget for learning & development, tools/technology and events.
  • Stay up to date with developments and trends and to meet the changing needs of the job

Salary:
£34,500.00-£46,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
  • Management: 2 years (preferred)
