Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Tech Delivery Manager to play a crucial role in our technology team. You will collaborate closely with the management team to oversee the delivery of technology/service delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and facilitating communication across all levels of the project. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the management team to plan, execute, and deliver technology/service projects aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and responsibilities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems proactively to keep projects on track.
• Foster an agile project management environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project management, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g.,Click-up, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
