An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinical Support Team Administrator within the Wellbeing Service, Management Support Team. The post is being offered on a permanent contact and will be full time hours per week, based at Brooke House, Longwater with some flexible home working.
Main duties of the job
You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a busy and varied workload, in a sometimes demanding environment. You should be able to prioritise your work effectively, have excellent communication skills, and work as part of a team or alone using your own initiative and forward thinking. The role will require management of the team of 8 Clinical Support Team Administrators so experience of supervising staff will be essential. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, supervision of staff, diary management, staff training and recruitment. You will need to be a focussed individual, have excellent organisational ability, flexibility and a good work ethic that supports the Trust's values. It is essential you have good skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
