Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a highly regarded client of ours based on the outskirts of Southampton.
This position serves as a permanent opportunity for someone to join a team, providing essential administrative support to the sales department.
Our client seeks someone with motor trade experience as a Vehicle Sales or Fleet administrator.Experience with Pinnacle software would be advantageousResponsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
Coordinate with the sales team to process vehicle orders according to sales orders.
Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Manager to finalise sales invoicing, ensuring comprehensive cost inclusion.
Arrange transportation and delivery of both stock and sold units.
Provide timely updates to the sales team on stock activity to ensure awareness of current stock status.
Basic salary of up to £27,000 [Including a £1,200 bonus paid £100 per month]23 days holiday a year & Opportunities to develop a careerMonday to Friday hours [ hours per week]
