    Description

    Main Purpose of Role

    To act as Nottinghamshire Police's primary advisor on sustainability issues, developing, co-ordinating and promoting the environmental strategy, policy, and the Force's roadmap to being carbon neutral. Monitoring compliance with legislation and targets and improving sustainability performance by providing recommendations and identifying best practice.

    Key Skills & Experience Required

    Applicants should have practical and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the legislation, concepts, and principles in relation to sustainability and carbon reduction processes and significant experience of producing, implementing, and embedding policies and strategies linked to sustainability and carbon reduction.
