A huge not-for-profit organisation are hiring an additional Business Change Manager to their existing team.

This is an opportunity to join a massive digital transformation and support an organisation going through a merger - increasing the maturity of true change management in the organisation and focusing on the people side of change.

This is not a project manager role.

Previous experience in a Change Management role
Training needs analysis
Impacts analysis
Communications planning and delivery
Sound knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR
