- Review and analyse legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to employment law cases.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various employment law matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and employment contracts
- Stay abreast of changes and developments in employment law and related regulations, and assist in keeping the team informed.
- Proven experience working as a paralegal and/or in an employment law practice.
- Sound understanding of employment law principles, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with proficiency in legal research tools and software.
