Personal Assistant-Morecambe

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to assist an 11 year old boy who has a diagnosis of Autism to access the local and wider community.

As a Personal Assistant your duties will include supporting with social activities especially outside of the home.

We are looking for a caring, proactive, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting an individual with additional needs who can be anxious when leaving the house without his parents or siblings.

Previous experience of working in a similar role is advantageous.

An individual with a positive attitude and passion for supporting a young man with complex needs to navigate society, and gaining the experience while doing so, is also welcome to apply.

A full clean driving licence and access to a car is desirable but not essential.

This is a part time position to cover 5 hours each per week with an hourly rate of £11.44 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
