Description

One of our brilliant clients in the education sector is looking for a Finance and HR Administrator to support them on a temporary basis.

You'll be working 4 days in the office (Monday to Thursday) with Friday at home.

A laptop and mobile will be provided for home working, the hours are 37 hours per week and the rate is up to £12.99/hr.

This will initially be a temp role, but then if successful will go on to be a contract.


Duties include:


HR support

  • Apprenticeship admin
  • Payroll Admin
  • Employee contracts administration
  • Working with and processing HR Data
  • Providing and requesting references
  • Adhoc admin support for our Head of People

Finance Support

  • Invoices
  • VAT support (basic calculation we aren't looking for a VAT/Finance expert)
  • Adhoc support for Head of Finance

Skills and experience

  • IT literate we use Office 365 and they will need good Word and Excel skills
  • Discretion they will be privy to confidential information
  • Ability to work under pressure
Some experience of the above if preferably, but if you can demonstrate a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, this could be the role for you
