An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated social work review team within the Health and Social Care Partnership adult services. Working across East Renfrewshire you will be responsible for undertaking both community and permanent reviews to ensure that assessed need is identified and people's supports are aligned appropriately with our Supporting People Framework.

You will have a good understanding of the current health and social care landscape; self-directed support; the value of outcomes focussed supports for people to enable them to live in their communities and recognise the value of forming effective relationships with other professionals and agencies.

We are a modern and ambitious Health and Social Care Partnership who are focussed on the people of East Renfrewshire achieving their full potential, regardless of any additional barriers.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act . It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with protected adults. In addition to this, if you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.

This post requires Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration. You must c urrently have registration or eligibility to apply from commencement of employment (you must complete registration within the first 6 months of employment).
