- Design & maintain the overall data architecture strategy, roadmap and standards in alignment with business objectives
- Lead the design & implementation of data models, data integration pipelines and data governance frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
- Partner with other architecture teams to ensure alignment & integration of data architecture with other domains such as application, infrastructure & security
- Drive innovation & continuous improvement in data architecture practices
- Proven experience in data architecture roles, designing & implementing complex data solutions

Head of Data Architecture: London Markets, Data Governance, Data Modelling, Azure
Head of Data Architecture required for a leading Speciality Insurer. This is a new position, where you will be responsible for the development & implementation of robust data framework as the business expands across multiple domains.
Working with CTO and senior leadership team, you will define data strategic roadmap while overseeing a team of Data Architects & Engineers to design scalable & secure data solutions. Coming from an Insurance background - ideally across the London Markets, you will have extensive experience designing enterprise-wide data architecture for projects such as data management, data modelling, data governance and data warehousing.
This role will require an on-site presence with 2- 3 days in the London Office.
