The role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Corporate Finance Assistant Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of corporate finance projects, with exposure to all aspects of the field.


This is a 360 Corporate Finance position, you will be exposed to all aspects of the discipline of CF from Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, Valuations, Fundraising, M&A, on both buy & sell side transactions.

You will work closely with clients and other team members (senior & junior members) to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client's needs.


Responsibilities:

Support senior team members on a range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising.
Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support transactions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.
Mentor and train junior team members.
Manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.


Experience:

CA, ACCA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis, modelling, and valuation techniques.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with transaction-related software.
