    Business Development Manager - Cyber Security

    £75,000 basic salary - £200,000 OTE

    London - Hybrid (Mainly remote based)

    I am currently hiring for a leading Cyber Security Consultancy known for its strong partnerships with several Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients.

    This is an exciting, new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

    This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

    The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of creating and executing direct sales initiatives targeting senior cybersecurity decision makers, including executives and C-level personnel. Success in consistently exceeding revenue targets is essential.

    As the Business Development Manager, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and implement a structured sales pipeline to drive results.

    In this key role, your expertise will not only enhance revenue but also shape the market positioning and go-to-market strategy for this business. You will collaborate with the CEO and be an integral part of the practice to ensure seamless execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the sales strategy.
    • Implement revenue growth strategies across key vertical markets.
    • Target Fortune 500, FTSE 100, large private organizations, and SME businesses.
    • Achieve £1.5 million in New Sales annually.
    • Leverage your professional network in cyber security.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team.

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum of 7 years in sales management.
    • Proven success in subscription sales within cyber security.
    • Experience in selling Cyber Consulting or Cyber professional services.
    • Track record of surpassing revenue targets.
    • Ability to generate £1.5 million in New Sales.
    • Strong network of senior level decision makers in cyber.
    • Ability to sell and influence decision makers at all levels, including execs and C-level.
