- Advising the business in relation to new products and services.
- Provide commercial legal advice.
- Reviewing, drafting, advising on and negotiating various types of commercial contracts and legal documents including: payment services related agreements, payout agreements, agent agreements, distributors agreements, cards terms and conditions, etc
- Advising on regulatory legal matters
- Advising on the development and implementation of group policies and procedures
- Liaising with external counsel when required
- You will ideally be a 3+ years'* PQE Lawyer payments admitted to practice law in England and Wales or other common law jurisdiction
- Experience advising on corporate law and or commercial law
- Payments industry experience would be advantageous but not a prerequisite
- Flexible on lawyers with experience working in-house or in private practice
