We're on the lookout for a dedicated Hotel Door and Luggage Porter to join a brand-new 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the heart of London's vibrant West End district.

This brand new opportunity will allow you to join a unique and exciting luxury brand with a good base salary, service charge and excellent benefits.

The Role
As our Hotel Door and Luggage Porter you will create a warm welcome for our esteemed guests.

Your mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a consistently exceptional 5-Star experience throughout their stay assisting with both Concierge, Door and Luggage Porter duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

Hotel Experience: Ideally, we're seeking previous experience as a Concierge, Door and Luggage porter at a 4Star minimum, ideally 5Star Luxury Hotel.
Golden Keys Advantage: Membership with Les Clefs d'Or is a plus, though this is not essential.
Local Savvy: A solid knowledge of Central London and the surrounding areas.
Customer Service Excellence: Your personality and customer service skill set you apart.
