Lead the technology strategy and roadmap.
Leading the technology team
Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and risk managers to identify opportunities for alpha generation and risk mitigation.
Developing the data and IT infrastructure.

MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field; Proven track record of leadership in a quantitative trading or financial technology environment, with at least 10 years of experience in a senior technology role.

Deep understanding of financial markets, quantitative trading strategies, and algorithmic trading systems.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar, as well as experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries.

Experience with cloud platforms for example AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
