Premier Solicitors are looking for a Senior Family Lawyer to join their team. This role will be a hands on lawyer reporting into the Supervising Partner.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will manage a caseload of all privately funded work across a range of matters including divorce, financial provision, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation, Children Act matters and separation agreements.

QualificationsProven experience in Family Law Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conductStrong IT skillsEffective business development skills with proven marketing strategiesCapability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targetsUp-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectationsProven experience of handling own caseloadAbility to adhere to and manage deadlinesGood drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical abilityLine management skills as responsible for 2 team members
