    An exciting new role is being created to help support the next step on the journey. As part of a highly innovative TCI team, this will be a crucial role for the organisation and will have broad

    responsibilities. The Modern Workplace Engineer will be part of the Service Delivery Team and will be responsible for supporting our cloud technologies and users.

    Key Responsibilities

    · You will be primarily responsible for our Microsoft 365 platform.

    · Sometimes, you may need to provide L3 support and advisory.

    · You'll be part of the multifunctional TCI team responsible for administrating and managing the Microsoft 365 stack, including Intune, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, Autopilot, and Windows Update for Business.

    · You'll be involved in project work related to Microsoft Purview (eg. DLP, Sensitivity Labelling, Information Classification, eDiscovery) and identity management (JML processes).

    · You need to learn quickly and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    · You have good English communication skills and can adapt language to the audience.

    What you'll bring

    · 4+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Purview), Microsoft Office 2016 and/or M365 Office in an enterprise or corporate environment.

    · Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (Server and end-user editions)

    · A thorough understanding of the patching process.

    · Expertise with various Windows deployment techniques, including Autopilot and Intune.

    · Understanding of device management technologies like MDM.

    · A working understanding of networks and services like DNS and DHCP, IIS or LDAP.

    · Having an industry certification like MCSA or MCTS is beneficial.

    · Working experience of ITIL framework.

    · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    · Positivity, excitement, and the capacity to adapt to whatever the needs of the business are at whatever level of the organisation.
