Exciting sustainability start-up Rainbow Energy are seeking to hire a Customer Service Administrator.

The role offers an excellent base salary of £20k - £30k, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to join our EMI share option plan.

Solar is currently in a boom that is expected to last many years as more people reduce their carbon footprint and reliance on big corporations for electricity.

Rainbow is seeking to be the UK's largest installer in the household and SME space and require top talent to help us achieve this goal.

Description

• Working closely with the Operations Manager and the Installations Manager
• Preparing accurate documentation for customers
• Liaising directly with customers to book installations and take deposits
• Monitoring and tracking installations
• Following up with aftercare calls with customers
• Project coordination between installers, scaffolders and the customer
• Keeping the CRM, Hubspot, up to date and accurate
• Dealing with customer queries and seeing them through to conclusion

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products in particular Excel and Word
• Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential
• Desirable is experience with Hubspot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
