Legal 500 Firm - Cardiff - Hybrid Working- HR & Recruitment Assistant
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established firm in the legal professional services industry who are proud to be part of the legal500 list.
Both individuals are experienced HR professionals who encourage development and exposure, this means over time your role will grow and will increase in responsibilities.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
- Assist with the design and delivery of the firm's talent attraction strategy
- Lead on early careers recruitment which includes partnering with universities, hosting open days, career fairs and more.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees, including preparation of paperwork and delivery of orientation sessions.
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organising events and activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience in HR and/or Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is highly advantageous
- Confident communication skills and able to lead on projects
- Ideally working towards CIPD qualification or CIPD qualified
What's on Offer:
- A competitive salary within the range of £23,000 £27,000 per annum.
