My client is an independent award-winning domiciliary care provider offering care around West and North Leeds. They have had huge success over the years building an excellent reputation and winning top 20 homecare provider.

The Company:

Providing around 1000 hours of care with Private, CHC and Local Authority funded clients
Won top 20 homecare provider for Yorkshire
Prides themselves on being carer eccentric regular offering bonus and above market rate salary
Fully staffed business

The role:

Oversee the daytoday business of the branch
Assist in maintaining the reputation of the business and quality on CQC
Share the oncall rota with other 4 office staff
To further market and grow the business

Required competencies:

Achieved Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Desirable
Worked in line with CQC regulations
Previous experience within Domiciliary Care
Ability to work under pressure
Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
