- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debt across the Group to include UK and International clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth running of customer accounts
- Evaluation, risk assessment and setting up new client accounts
- Ensure timely collection of debt to agreed targets
- Following up and resolving queries and problematic client accounts
- Posting and allocating daily cash receipts in multiple currencies
- Preparation and distribution of monthly statements
- Maintaining aged debt KPI spreadsheets, adding commentary and keeping record of proposed client payments
- Provide cash expectation targets
- Ad-hoc sales ledger duties as and when required
- Assisting with month end close

Job Description
The Credit Controller role is initially a 12 month contract role and will offer Hybrid working (Mianly remote working-3 days per month in Cheadle office and the rest remote).
