The Role:
Data Scientist
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external teams to develop models (ranging from data exploration to feature engineering and model development to validation and scoring.) and put them into production
- Be able to deliver project on his/her own as well as working in collaboration
- Also wear hat of Business Analyst when needed to understand the business and come up with multiple ways to cater the solution given the AI/ML skills expertise underneath.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge about asset management/investment domain.
- Ability to utilize data science techniques to analyse data, detect pattern, extract, and present insights with advanced visualization
- Excellent python coding skill
- Problem solving and endtoend project delivery experience
- Excellent ETL skill
- Some experience of deploying and putting into production ML based solution is desired
- Some experience with stakeholder engagement is preferred
- Data scientist experience
- Some working experience as investment/business/research analyst desired
Skills/Capability:
Good to have
- Experience of working with Azure DevOps
- Experience of working with Databricks
