Salary: £130,000 - £160,000 + package

Role Overview:

As the Lead Data Scientist & Machine Learning Consultant, you'll spearhead data-driven initiatives and collaborate with clients to unlock valuable insights. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning solutions, driving strategic change and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of talented data scientists and consultants, providing mentorship and guidance to drive excellence and innovation.

• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and develop customized machine learning solutions to address their needs.

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from data exploration and modeling to deployment and monitoring, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, leveraging emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Proven experience leading data science and machine learning initiatives, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for driving excellence and fostering collaboration.
