The impact you'll have:


We're looking for a brilliant People Operations Advisor, reporting into the Head of People Experience & Operations, to drive key People projects and help build a people centric, data-driven experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience in people operations, in a fast-paced and growing organisation.


  • Please note this role is a 6month fixedtermcontract_

Your day-to-day:


  • You'll pull apart key people operations processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding,
benefits, etc), mapping each stage and identifying areas for improvement.

  • You'll complete a full analysis and examination of existing People data; delivering improvements across systems and processes, and ensuring we have one source of truth.
  • You'll complete a full analysis of existing policies and support the relaunch of a revamped employee handbook.
  • You'll support the Senior People Advisor in onboarding new loveholidays
colleagues, and act as the first point of contact for any queries they may have.

  • You'll support the Head of People Experience & Ops to deliver on high level
projects, collaborating on initiatives including compensation, reward & talent.

  • You'll be a key player in the success of the People Operations deliverables.

Your skillset:


  • Experience within a comparable HR operations role; specifically possessing
experience with creating process maps and standard operating procedures.

  • Well organised and efficient
  • Are super detail oriented & attention to detail is a top skill.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive issues and data.
  • Aable to adjust to changing priorities
  • Have a genuine passion for what you do
  • Loves feedback, a fast learner and prepared to try new things

Not necessary but would be desirable to have:

  • Experienced in high growth scaling companies
  • Experience working in a People Team that supports multiple geographies.
