About this role
The Senior Full Stack Developer will have knowledge of the finance industry and passion for
democratising access to financial advice. This person will also have experience working with
AI-powered applications and understanding of AI/ML concepts. You will also be expected to
contribute to open-source projects, and lead frontend and backend initiatives such as or
Python.
This position is Hybrid, located in London, and is Full time.
Your responsibilities
● Architect, design, and implement advanced features using React, NextJS, Rails, and other
modern web technologies.
● Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes to maintain a high bar for code
quality and reliability.
● Mentor and guide junior full-stack developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
and improvement.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, and propose
innovative solutions to complex problems.
Ideal Candidate
● 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of successful
projects.
● Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, Ruby on Rails, HTML, and CSS.
● Strong experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and RSpec.
● Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate eectively with design
teams.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex features into
manageable tasks.
● Familiar with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, ELB and etc.
● Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in agile teams.
Salary Range & Benefits
● Annual Learning & Development of $500 (option to increase budget is available upon
request and subject to terms)
