Page Personnel is pleased to be supporting a growing manufacturing business with their recruitment of a Management Accountant to join their accountancy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role sits within a team of 10 and reports to the Finance Director.
The position is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the Poole office and 2 days at home with free parking on site too

Our client is a highly reputable manufacturing business based in Poole.

They have grown rapidly over the past 3 years across all aspects of their business and have further plans to expand.

The recently refurbished offices boast more formal working at desks,break out areas and a very open plan environment across departments.


Description
As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Accruals, prepayments and journal entries
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Variance analysis
  • Looking at costings and providing reports on this
  • Dealing with stakeholders on company performance
  • P&L reports
  • System development

Profile
In order to be considered for the Management Accountant role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be either partqualified CIMA/ACCA or a finalist
  • Be able to commute to the office a couple of times a week
  • Be able to work within a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent communication skills written and verbally
  • Be a confident speaker to groups of people (stakeholders/other departments)
