    Are you due to graduate as a teacher in 2024? If so, then Zest Education have a perfect opportunity for you We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a school based in Northfield.

    Starting in September 2024, you will be able to jump straight into a teaching role on a full-time basis. You will be required to work Monday through to Friday, supporting and teaching across KS1 and KS2. This is an amazing opportunity to build your confidence and teaching skills and gain a long-lasting relationship with a school

    Plan and teach lessons and sequences of lessons to the classes you are assigned to teach within the context of the school's curriculum.


    • Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of the pupils.
    • Set high expectations that motivate, inspire and challenge pupils.
    • Establish a safe, purposeful, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
    • Maintain good relationships with staff and pupils and liaise with colleagues, senior leaders and parents.
    • Participate in any relevant meetings/professional development opportunities at the school.
    A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.


    • Relevant experience in teaching or in an education-based setting.
