Working closely with the Principal Teacher of Maths you will attend departmental, staff and training sessions and ensure all aspects of the departmental development plan are delivered. The successful candidate will be a facilitator of people at all levels and will develop strategies and initiatives that have longevity, relevance and meaning throughout the whole school. The Performance Management of some staff will be integral to the post.
