- Identify sites and develop conceptual designs for the upgrades of low voltage and medium voltage
- Partner with outside electrical engineering firms and electrical contractors to implement the solution
- Perform project estimates and financial return on investment calculations
- Secure and oversee funding of projects/programs
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Support operations; construction; and other relevant departments with product development and testing
- Conduct equipment failure investigation and provide mitigation solutions
- Monitor trends in electrical system reports, and escalate as necessary to drive improvements; or immediate corrective actions to electrical systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent significant electrical engineering experience
- Specialism in power systems resilience
- Indepth knowledge of power system analysis tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical engineering
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Reliability, Quality Management, or similar applicable field.
- Experience managing complex electrical power system projects in a variety of industries
- Extensive knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance Planning, CMMS, and Enterprise Asset Management tools.
- Success developing metric suites and applying facts/data to drive process improvement.
- Experience defining and owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership independently with limited guidance.

In this role, the TIPM will be responsible for managing the fulllifecycle of electrical distribution upgrades from project identification though implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of electrical power systems with demonstrated experience in strategy, design, construction, and maintenance.
