    Project Administrator

    We are now recruiting a Project Administrator to work a permanent full-time role on Project Transcend – our largest Capital project in Manufacturing in Nufarms history The Project Administrator forms part of the Engineering project team which consists of experienced and competent Managers and personnel who are delivering Major Capital projects and other site related Engineering projects.

    The role is responsible for providing administrative support to, but not limited to the Project Leadership team and Project Transcend team members.

    What's possible?

    • Support the Project team with administrative requirements ie, business travel, bookings, submitting orders etc.
    • General administrative duties and office management
    • Transaction activity on the company Oracle and Ariba systems to raise purchase orders and receipting of invoices.
    • Tracking of invoices and approvals as required to ensure processing is carried out efficiently.
    • Proficient use of document control and administration
    • Arrange meetings and record minutes where required.
    • Arranging of project team events as requested by Project Leadership team.
    • Coordinates the Project Hub activity, acting as a central point of contact for Leadership to manage the day-to-day activities of a busy project organisation.
    • Assist line managers in the onboarding and induction of new starters during their orientation and probation.

    What do you bring?

    As our Project Administrator, you will have demonstrable experience in similar role ideally working on a complex engineering project.

    You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to interface and provide technical and administrative support to the Functional and Project team members. You will thrive working in a busy project team office environment.

    This role will require you to maintain confidentiality at all times and have a good understanding of office administration processes and practices and strong Microsoft Office skills.

    You will be a vital member of the project team with your helpful, "can do" attitude.

    Salary and benefits – Mon - Friday
