Remuneration: circa £40,000

Part time Performer Dentist required for 2-3 days per week (flexible but must include a Friday and NOT a Thursday) in a busy, mixed, well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near South Shields, Tyne and Wear.

• Single surgery

• 3000 UDAs available at £13 per UDA depending on experience and skillset

• Good private potential

• 50% split on Private & Labs

• Existing Well Maintained List

• Fully computerised surgery, Paragon Software

• Digital x-rays

• Rotary endo

• Parking on site

• 30 minutes to Gateshead + Newcastle

• Available now, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
