We are looking to hire a fundraiser for our venture capital fund of funds with professional experience in this capacity.

We want a highly energetic, committed and knowledgeable candidate who understands fundraising, has established relationships with a set of clients and can demonstrate an initial track record of raising assets.

Business Development and Client Service
Responsible for building and managing the client base including arranging regular meetings with existing and prospective clients
Introduce the firm and brand, and help develop product marketing material
Contribute to and help develop the in-house CRM – including establishing call reports and keeping track of all communication with current and prospective clients
To be a future leader of the company and a central member of the fundraising team with the creativity and energy to drive the business forward
Help to develop, budget and implement a communication strategy for the UK and internationally
Legal & Compliance
Help with the legal setup of segregated accounts
Review and coordinate legal documents with internal and external parties (AIFMs, fund admins and lawyers)
Lead and facilitate legal discussions with prospects and current clients
Liaise with prospective and existing clients with respect to regulatory requirements

Initial experience within the UK or across the EMEA wealth & wholesale market providing a combination of technical and commercial skills
