Our client is one of the leading independent estate agents, they are lettings and property management specialists. They are looking for a property manager or a senior PM to join their centralised division in SW London.

The role

Are you an experienced property manager? Our client is looking for someone who is ideally ARLA qualified but not essential, someone who is looking to work for a company that understands the importance to have a supportive team around you. The property manager will report to the head of management.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branches.
• Work with the branch to prepare properties for a new tenancy.
• Supervise tenants' maintenance requests.
• Ensure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Visit properties at least twice a year.
• Oversee refurbishment and other larger works.
• Negotiate the swift return of deposits.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
• Build trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, and contractors

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar property sector role
• Level 3 ARLA certified, preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience within a customer service based role
